Recently, i got in contact with Soufeel.com and they send me a new charm bracelet to do a review. My package came safely in a bubble wrapped parcel inside the box, inside was a beautifully neat looking gift bag and bracelet insude the ribboned white gift box with a silver jewelry cleaning cloth.

Soufeel advises you to add at least 1-2 cm onto your wrist mesurements for charm bracelet, but i think that i added quite a lot more , and it was acutally really good.

Costomer service was superb,  and all of they jewelry  will fit with Pandora our some other well known jewelry around with bigger price, Soufeel's jewelry is a great value for your money since the price is considerably lower.
